A Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Sangiovese. A full-bodied wine with rustic, dark, dried, berries on the nose complemented by black cherry and spice on the pallet. Lingering finish with elegant spices and firm tannins.

Light salmon color with aromas of honeysuckle, apricot, and peaches. Dry with crisp acidity, playful on the palate.

Aromas of bright raspberry and strawberry and baking spices. Flavors of fresh strawberry, cherry, raspberry, clove and rose petals appear on the palate. Supple tannins on the mid-palate, the wine comes to a long, structured and satisfying finish.

Rich with savory notes of toasted marcona almonds and citrus sea air, this Blanc de Blancs is the balance between the depth and freshness tied together with a fine mousse.

"This is my mom Jeanette - she was a red head, all her sisters were red heads, all my cousins are red heads - my wife and my sister are red heads as well. Red Heads are alluring and intense, I would never compare a Syrah to a red head - but (I think) I could."

Aromatics of tart grapefruit and candies ginger fill the glass. Notes of strawberry lemonade and melon are bright on the palate as they are embraced with the acidity of zesty citrus and orange peel.

Chehalem Mountain. Ripe Bosc pear, butterscotch and coconutaromas lead to flavors such as lemon basil, ginger andpeach. The wine's texture has a crisp snap to it and theacidity will make you feel alive. This is a delightfully gracefuland agile wine.

From its inviting aromas of Damson plum, blueberry, black licorice and sarsaparilla to its holiday spice undercurrentsof cardamom and cinnamon, this tantalizing wine rises from the glass beckoning a first sip. On the palate, a lovelymélange of dark red and black fruit flavors glide across plush tannins, with hints of incense, earth and graphite addingdepth and nuance to a long, mineral-driven finish.

Muscat Ottonel  is a white wine grape variety that is a member of the Muscat family. It is most notable for its use in dessert wines from Austria, Romania, Croatia and Serbia as well as dry wines from Alsace and Hungary. We have produced this exotic varietal in a bone-dry style showcasing its elegance and fragrance of pear blossoms and white flowers. This is generally a lower acid grape and while it is far from high in acid it has a nice lift and snap to it that makes for a refreshing, almost thirst-quenching sort of beverage. 

From subtle earthiness, mushroom, and wood to bright strawberry jam, this wine perfectly hits the mark on Oregon Pinot. The palate is medium weight with a nice, long finish full of strawberry and light oak notes. 

"La Battalla" is a blend of Cabernet Franc (75%) and Malbec (25%). It is bright, fruit driven, with a spicy note. Easy to drink and great with food, it shows the versatility of Cabernet Franc. The label features "Don Nato", our fictional Francophilic freedom fighter. Don Nato fights for the freedom of Franc against a wine world dominated by the Sauvignonistas.

This 2021 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir shows the character of the vintage, the wine is ripe and well structured. Blackberry, ripe cherry, and blueberry fruit aromatics mingle with notes of dark chocolate and clove from the oak. The mouthfeel is rich, but is balanced by the acid profile of the wine. Firm tannins provide a lasting finish.

In Burgundy, “Passe-Tout-Grains” is a traditional blend of roughly 30% Pinot Noir and 70% Gamay Noir and serves as the “house wine” in many a winemaker’s home. While there is no literal translation for the term, it roughly translates as “the kitchen sink”.

This wine is bursting with flavors of sun-ripened raspberries, mango, and honey. Tiny bubbles bring a lightness to this luxurious red blend.

70% Pommard Clone and 30% Wadenswil. 100% Estate fruit from the Olea Vineyard on Parrett Mountain. This lovely wine has flavors of stone fruits like peach and pear.  It has a soft, smooth with dry finish.  

The 'Lylee' is the first Pinot Noir bottling of the estate vineyard each year and is meant to be a fruit forward and approachable representation of their vineyard. New oak is kept at a minimum and is only intended to act as the framework for bright red fruit flavors.

100% Chenin Blanc from Columbia Gorge AVA. This wine shows the versatility of Chenin Blanc with decadent tropical fruit aromas alongside a flinty, minty acidity. It is off-dry with 16 g/L of residual sugar, which offsets the high acidity to create a harmonious balance on the palate. It's savory, bright, and delectable.

Areté Blanc de Noirs truly represents the excellence of Pinot Noir as grown in our estate vineyard. Fermented in French oak barrels this wine offers aromas of grapefruit, fresh bread, and butterscotch with flavors of honey dew, white peach and lemon, giving it a refreshing bright acidity with a persistent mousse. Bio-dynamic and dry farmed.

Aromas of wild strawberries. Flavors of strawberries & cream, cherry & grapefruit. Aged in stainless steel. Does not go through Malolactic fermentation therefore creating a crisp, dry, refreshing finish. 88 Points - Wine Enthusiast, 87 Points - Jeb Dunnuck

American Red is a proprietary red blend of fruit grown across the Pacific Northwest. Aromas of intense fruitiness lead into a soft, smooth palate with flavors of red berry jam. Its packaging features a red, white and blue American flag motif, which was suggested by longtime Winemaker and General Manager, Steve Anderson - a U.S. Army veteran himself. Each July 4th, Eola Hills selects an organization to support. This year, Team River Runner will receive a portion of proceeds.
